Pilot episode, "Bull's Eye," for the popular, ANNIE OAKLEY television series starring Gail Davis.
Filmed in 1952, the pilot featured Billy Gray as Annie's nephew, Tagg. Gray would later to become familiar to television audiences as "Bud Anderson" on the Emmy-nominated sitcom, FATHER KNOW BEST, starring Robert Young and Jane Wyatt. Jimmy Hawkins would play Tagg for the remaining 81 episodes in the series.
The pilot film was include in the first season's releases as episode #21 and was telecast on May 29, 1954.
