Clips of the various points of view at the Top of the Rock Observation Deck, Rockefeller Center, New York on May 5, 2013.
There are 3 levels at Top of the Rock. The first level is composed of two smaller balconies facing North-East and South-East. The second level is a larger balcony that wraps around the third balcony and offers a 360 view other than a small portion of the East. The third level is the tallest part of the Observation Deck and offers a 360 view other than a small portion of the West.
Unlike the Empire State Building, the Top of the Rock is in the open air and does not have a glass wall between you and your view. (Note that although levels 1 and 2 have glass walls, there are gaps between each panel for you to stick your camera or your arm through.
