Horse carriage rides in New York City's Central Park are always a big draw for tourists and visitors to the City, but they're especially popular in the fall when the autumn leaves are turning.

I shot this video of a number of horse carriages in the Park in the fall of 2011.

According to the Central Park Website, you can pre-arrange a ride in advance by making a reservation. The cost depends on the length of the ride, and they range from 45 minutes to 90 minutes. A pre-arranged 45 minute ride usually costs about $175 per carriage during off-season months. Add-ons are available - things like more time, photography, flowers, special pick-up and drop-off locations. Of course, you'll be charged more for extras. Alternatively, a walk-up 45 minutes ride will cost around $110 but they're not always available.
