One of my all-time-favorite TV openers is this one from "It Takes a Thief" (1968-1970), which starred Robert Wagner as a thief who works undercover for the U.S. government in exchange for his release from prison. The theme music is by Dave Grusin. Yes, THAT Dave Grusin.
