I swear by this exercise!! Lay down on the bench legs up in a V weights on your ankles.. Get those legs up and pulse them for 30.. (This can be done without weights as well) once the 30 reps are complete.. Hold #30.. Keep your legs up in a V pull your legs in touching ankles together... Take a quick breath.. 3sets!!!
