Here is a segment of the animated short "The Most Important Person". This one's called "Seeing". (color's a bit off)

I left in the header film 'cause it looks cool. ;-)

These aired on WFLD Channel 32 in Chicago during the late-seventies and possibly as late as the early eighties? (And, I'm sure, on many other local stations)
