Dragon Flag Variation Eccentric Load, Keep your body as straight as possible by engaging core, glute and leg muscles. Legs are together. Grasp the bench behind the head, and crunch the legs up about straight overhead, then slowly lower down, keeping hips in line with the body. Go down as low as possible, without touching the bench, and then crunch back up.
