This is most probably the first time Micky ever sang on television. This is a clip from an episode of Circus Boy a very cute kids show featuring Micky Dolenz (then known as Mickey Braddock). And yes, this song is the one that Micky is humming in the Monkees episode "Monkees at the Circus".
