Jeff Beck and Jan Hammer-Star Cycle @ Madison Square Garden (12-8-83)

This song is a fine example of Jeff's aggressive guitar style. He's "The King of Aggressive Guitar Playing". From his early day's in the 60's with The Tridents,The Yardbirds,The Jeff Beck Group and then as a solo artist he has always played that way. Even Eric Clapton agrees that there are very few that can produce the sounds from a guitar like Jeff can.
Jeff first started experimenting with Feedback and Distortion back 1961. Way before Pete Townsend. Read "Jeff's Book" if you want to know about how Jeff discovered these effects.
