She was brought to Hollywood by Columbia Pictures in 1965. Sparv was third-billed as Sister Constance in "The Trouble With Angels" (1966), then specialized in sexy-foreigner roles. But she uttered the best line in the 1967 "Matt Helm" espionager "Murderer's Row" (with Dean Martin and Ann-Margret); cast as the mistress of villain Karl Malden, Sparv comforted her lover after his latest doomsday device has failed by murmuring "Cheer up.
