In the grand halls of the Atlantic Federation,
and the infamous dens of the anarchic Tornado Zone.
I've been in the beautiful, playful palaces of the Clans Union,
and made myself unwelcome in the monarchical Russo-Japanese Shogunate.
In the end, money decided who was right and who was wrong.
But I decided who I worked for, and which jobs I took.
That's the way things used to be...
Now everyone seems to have "the craze".
Murderous cults stream north in endless convoys seeking an algae god named Moke.
Under the last flows of polar ice, bizarre scientist engineer a fish man for a monopolistic corporation.
And behind fortress walls, assembles the largest army of pirates ever seen.
But there's something... different.
The e-channels and e-papers are all talking about one thing The cataclysmic undersea quakes.
Whole cities disappear taking thousands of innocents with them.
And all of a sudden right and wrong isn't a question of money, because humanity ends where the deep begins.»
