There was a body of young woman found by the railway which the preliminary conclusion of her death was by accident, but that was the beginning of the most disgraceful chapter of law enforcement history, dated back to the year 1977 in Prompiram, Pitsanuloke Province -- 380 kilometers north of Bangkok, the capital city of Thailand. Macabre Case of Prompiram reflects the case that violated all human rights, morality, cultures, and laws.
