Oscar-nominated filmmakers Rebecca Cammisa and Julie Anderson were hesitant to make a "nun film," but after visiting the abbey felt so inspired that they felt they HAD to tell this story. The filmmakers describe how honored they feel to be let into the lives of the nuns at the abbey at IDA's DocuDay in Los Angeles.
