The Joker pays a visit to Metropolis and literally turns himself over to the police just so he can meet the one called, Superman. With five children missing and unsure how to handle the situation, the District Attorney decides to give the Joker what he wants and calls in Superman so speak with him.

~~~ATTENTION!!! This will be my last performance as Joker. I have officially done everything I can possibly do with the character on a zero dollar budget. If you want to see me reprise the role ever again, you can sign my petition and harass Warner Brothers till they decide to officially hire me. And apart from being officially cast in anything WB related, I'm done with Joker. Thank you all for watching. I hope you enjoyed the series.~~~
A WORD FROM CHRIS
Believe it or not, this fan film was never supposed to happen. My goal was to grow my hair out for Sincerely Mr. J, dress up as the Joker again for Halloween and call it a year. But sometimes, things never go according to plan. Not even a week after I wrapped Sincerely Mr. J, I received an email from a documentary filmmaker by the name of Ed Perkins, who wanted to know if I had any upcoming fan films the first week of November. He was working on a documentary about fan filmmakers, came across my site and was curious to know if I would be interested in being the sole subject of his project.
As a media whore, I had absolutely no problems with such an offer and immediately told Ed that I was game. He informed me he would be flying out from the UK the first week of November and wanted to film me in my element. Without hesitation, I agreed and after our first phone call, it hit me. I had one HELL of a full plate in front of me. I needed a story, which he and I agreed that a Mr. J movie would be best. (And it was, I'm pretty well known for it.) After figuring out the story, I needed a catch. "SUPERMAN" I exclaimed. Joker's gonna take on Superman. Immediately I developed a story with my trusted partner- Kim Santiago. We deduced Joker would turn himself over to Metropolis PD because he was curious to know what Superman was like.
Once the story was figured out, then came the hard part. Not only did I need an interrogation room, uniformed officers and a police hallway, I also needed a friggin' Superman! None of which was easy to come by. But with 2 weeks before Ed touched down in NYC, I scrambled like crazy trying to assemble everything. And I think I did a pretty good job pulling it all off.
I was set on having a traditional Superman suit, but with darker colors. I didn't want him in bright royal blue or shiny red. I wanted deeper muted colors to go along with the world Christopher Nolan created and Kim and I embellished on.
I have no idea what Christopher Nolan and Zack Snyder have in store for Superman fans. I can only guess and I hope my portrayal of Superman is at least in some way close, decent and appropriate.
The shoot lasted a total of 5 hours. 3 hours in the interrogation room and 2 hours in the lobby area. It was definitely a new experience for me. Not only was I once again acting and not completely directing (as I have grown accustomed) but this I was also being documented. That alone is very surreal because it puts a lot of things into perspective. Usually I make something and put it out there with no explanation, leaving people questioning how I did it. But when you have someone literally following your every move in front and behind the camera with few edits, its almost like peaking behind the Wizard of Oz's curtain. And though it may take away a bit of the magic I'd like to think I've created, it certainly was quite educational.
When the documentary airs, I will post information on here and my other sites. So don't worry.
