A contemporary suspense-action-thriller based on the urban legend of the backseat strangler. Centered around a female Las Vegas cop named Andy, our heroine is pitted against a stoic yet charismatic madman, named Pike, who strangles his victims to death from within the backseats of their cars. Can officer Andy stop Pikes relentless rampage through the city of sin? Or will she too fall victim to the backseat strangler?
