In order to gain access to the dead hacker's neural hub, Adam must first gain access to the morgue. On entering the police station, Adam meets with former SWAT team commander, Wayne Haas, who feels deep remorse over the 15 year old he was ordered to kill - a death that resulted in the Mexicantown Riots and Adam's retirement from the SWAT team.
