After asking them both to dance again before they made their decision, the judges ultimately chose and emotional Razy over Michael for the semi-finals. But after watching the 28-year-old Romanian's audition, returning judge Simon decided to let the public decide which was the better act, so has invited Michael back to the semi-finals too!
