Patricia Derian - 'Our Disappeared / Nuestros Desaparecidos'

Patricia Derian was named Assistant Secretary of State for Human Rights by Jimmy Carter in 1977, and one of her first tasks was to pressure the military to stop their human rights abuses. I was fortunate enough to interview her at her summer home in Maine.
