The pregame trailer movie of Hellnight (Atlus) for the Playstation. Hellnight was published in 1999 by Konami in the PAL regions. It is also known as Dark Messiah in Japan. It's a hard to find PSone horror game but worth tracking down as it combines the tension of Resident Evil with the eeriness of Juggernaut.
