The Death Train (Death Train)

An insurance man is sent to investigate a baffling death in a small town. A man has been struck by a train in his backyard, where a train used to run. The town is full of strange people, some of who appear and disappear suddenly. A seance reveals that the dead man is angry that his boyfriend intends to sell the house, so foul play is suspected. But supernatural events keep occuring too.
