i love naruto!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The writers pull abilities out of nowhere and then spend the episode explaining them! Seriously the characters stare at each other and monologue about tactics for episodes at a time. For a compounding effect its impossible to actually understand what technique or tactic is better. Even if you try to follow who is winning the fight the writers will pull a twist. Then again the outcomes of most fights are obvious from the beginning often counter to any sense or purpose except how awesome the main characters are. Ninjas never run away or even seem to plan on it.

Naruto and co go out on life threatening missions, never die, never talk or act like they may die, do better than people three times their age and don't get hazard pay. Over the course of the show they have probably killed a couple thousand mook ninjas.

On the plus side later shippuden episodes addresses a few of these issue only to turn out boring in a harder to pin down way. Btw i actually like naruto the character so long as he isn't fighting anyone.

BUT DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT WATCH THIS ANIME ON DUB!! It's shit on english and everything else but japanease(original)! I watched ONE episode in english just to see if the dubbing was properly done, and I regret it, cause that sucked! Seriusly! What kind of creature goes all day saying "belive it!" a milion times a hour? Naruto on eng. dub..
So for your own safety, watch japanise, with subbes if you need!
But back to the case; This anime is historical! It shure is a bit boring at the start, but just continue with it and you'll see what I meen!

You can not call yourself a real anime fan before you've seen all of Naruto!

The show is awesome it's just that it's stupid they are having the akatski attack in three years. and Sauske left just to get power the faget is stupid he is just being a baby that his brother is still stronger than him and that he kicked his ass. I think if Sauske tried to come back to the village that Naruto would kill him. And whats the point of Naruto being sent on missions with different squads just because he failed to bring Sauske back home,like the mission he is on now that stupid that village should be able to get the star back on their own.

I watched the first 90 or so episodes of this show subbed, and it was good. I'd even go as far as giving it a seven out of ten. Unfortunately,, almost immediately after the fight with the three senin, it all goes downhill from there with a few exceptions for the next 90 or so episodes. Blame the animators for catching up to the manga at the time, but what they did was unforgivable. the least they could have done was make good filler. You know what go watch One Piece instead.

Come on who doesn't like ninja's. If you like crazy, unpridictable and alround hyperactive you'll love naruto. Filled with brillient animation and a poweerful plot naruto has made itself one of the most populer animes aroud the world. The only badsides are the terrible dubbing and the long filler arks.

Nice series, although the extra episodes are not so nice. But well done overall. I prefer the manga.
