ACTUAL WINNER: The Last Airbender


I have seen three of these nominees (The Last Airbender, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, Vampires Suck) and all three of those were utter shite! I love watching bad films because I can rip them apart in my reviews afterwards and that is a lot of fun. Anyway, I reckon the winner will probably be the one that got the most negative criticism which was The Last Airbender as well as tied most amount of nominations shared with The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. I'd like to see The Twilight Saga: Eclipse win Worst Picture the most, though.
What I love about this year's nominees is that both The Twilight Saga: Eclipse and Vampires Suck have been nominated Worst Picture so it goes to show how awful those stories really are. It's ultimately a bitch-slap towards Stephenie Meyer, basically ;D

Haven't seen any of them, but I'll say Sex and the City 2 gives The Last Airbender a run for its money, but falls short. 'Airbender' seems to be the universal laughing stock of the film world this year.

Yeah, like Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen was last year.

Im gonna say Eclipse. It was the same as the other two, boring and predictable.

I have only seen The Bounty Hunter, but I'd still vote for Sex and the City 2, because I hate that series. At least Twilight looks cool on the surface, and can be mildly entertaining imo.

I managed to avoid most of the popular ones on this thread, since I very rarely watch a movie on the opening weekend unless I'm very certain it's a decent movie. Considering that...

Salt was easily the worst movie I saw all year. I got suckered in by the ridiculously good reviews. It's generic garbage and I saw the 'twist' coming half way through.

The Romantics is the only other contender. I had no idea if it was any good or not, just took a chance on a long flight. It was a pretty generic romantic comedy that went nowhere.

As a side note, the only movie mentioned so far that I've seen is Sex and the City 2. It was better than either of the two above. Still a mediocre movie, but reasonable entertainment.

@Abhi, exactly the same experience with Salt. I saw it after reading some very good reviews but it ended up being easily the most disappointing movie I saw this year.

However, The Last Airbender remains definitely the worst...

They didn't nominate 'Fred: The Movie'? That sucked worse than 'The Last Airbender' for sure!

Haven't seen any of these. I do enjoy reading other people's reviews of lousy movies. I am grateful that they endured the pain!

Hands down, The Other Woman was the worst movie of 2014. Can't believe I sat through it with my wife, but sometimes you gotta take one for the team.
