Wii?

Is anyone going out to get this as soon as it comes out? I'm thinking I am going to wait just a few and see what others who have played think of it overall. That and it's only going to release in the color white, and I would much rather have a different color.

My roomie just picked one up last night.

That's after he unsuccessfully tried to get a PS3 a couple days before.

My friend is getting one when it comes out here in Australia. I've seen a demo in a shopping centre here, i reckon they look awesome. Although be careful, I heard about some guy breaking his tv when the remote flew out of his hands :)

Preordered mine today, although not sure I'll actually have time to play much until Christmas. Still. Only a month away tops.

I sooooo want to try playing a Wii. It looks like an amazing change in gaming.

The wii is amazing, just make sure you strap the remote around your wrist when you're playing or the remote will most likely go straight into your TV.

i heard they still have problems though :/

I'm sure if you swing the remote around a lot, the strap will eventually break, but if you use common sense, I'm sure you won't have many problems.

I got my Wii the day they first came out, I haven't had any problems with the strap or the remote. I love it.

They did recall the straps because they were breaking, but I don't see it as a huge setback.
