Why are my star ratings not showing?

I am new to Listal but am enjoying it very much, I want to continue to be an active member of the community but it seems my ratings against movies and people are not counting? I have confirmed my email etc but still not showing. I have ranked many people but what drew it to my attention was the two people I have added to the database Alexis Glick and Charlotte Fantelli, I have rated both highly - and I have them on my lists, however Alexis says she only has one vote and is rated a 5? Charlotte is harder to identify the problem as on her feed it says she has 5 x 10/10 votes, one 6, one 7 and one 5. So a rating of 6.5 from 2 votes does not make sense, please explain how this works, otherwise what is the point of me voting? Apart from it being pleasurable to me. Thank you.

Their ratings seem to have changed now. Maybe it just takes a while to update, like user rank?
