Why my list doesn't get promoted ?

One of my favorite lists www.listal.com/list/places-i-have-seen has just received a 3rd vote but it is not promoted on the front page... Does anyone know why not ?

For the info, my list hasn't been promoted because a list needs now 4 votes to be promoted. That's what happened...

FYI, you need now 9 votes to get a list promoted...
