Why can't I update or add items through IMDb?

Hi, I'm from Argentina. I wanted to say that I can't enter items through IMDb URL in the search engine. If they are series or movies, it doesn't take them, nor does it let me update data. For example, I add this series Gallery Fake that is not in the system and it doesn't take it www.imdb.com/es/title/tt1441408/?reasonForLanguagePrompt=browser_header_mismatch. I remember that before just by putting the Link all the data was already added, did they change the system or does it not work?
