Who likes Rock?

Who here likes rock but what type of rock. If so then post your favorite rock artists or songs.

I like Rock and Heavy Metal.
I have many favorite artists but some of them are Linkin Park, Nickelback, Slipknot, Gwen Stacy, Bon Jovi, Black Sabbath, Korn

I know but Linkin Park is rock alternative which is basically rock. There is an alternative for every type of music(as in the big types).

I like any type of rock and my favorite bands are on my profile to lazy to type them out.

To be quite frank, I passionately detest contemporary rock and heavy metal.

I love the classic rock. Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, Creedence Clearwater Revivial, The Doors, T-Rex...that sort of stuff.

MCR, 3Days Grace, Collective Soul, 311, Fuel, Oasis Green Day, Blink 182, Bush, Deck, Disturbed, 3 Doors Down, Nickelback, Metallica, Paramore(Strange to me, but I like a few of their songs) 1000 foot Krtuch, Korn, White Stripes, Plain White T's, All American Rejects, Nirvana, ACDC, Queen, Atreyu, Ten Years, Saving Abel

Need I continue? As you can see it is very varied


Any genre with rock in the name(other then pop rock) and a few metals, technos, electrics, dances and others like those

The question is not who likes rock, but instead who doesn't like rock.

I have chosen this songs beacuse of my Mother and Older sister got me into them all but the song i found on my own when i was younger was Lenny Kravtiz.((Playing Fly Away))

I like rock, some core stuff and also a lot of indie stuff, mixed with some metal, punk and industrial. Some stuff is close to pop but I don't mind, I'm secure enough of my own identity to not give a fuck about who likes what.

I absolutely like rock. Punk, some hardcore, most metal, grunge and other genres of alternative are my favourites. I listen to mostly Finnish music.

Some bands:
Nirvana, Viikate, Sielun Veljet, Radiopuhelimet, J.M.K.E., Edguy, System of a Down, Stam1na, Beatles, Waltari, CMX and FM2000.

I love soft rock the best, but anything with Southend running through it is ok :D We were talking food weren't we?

An odd mix of punk, post-punk, post-rock, grindcore, grunge, classic rock, and noise rock - Mono, Crass, Dead Kennedys, Killing Joke, Curve, Sigur Ros, Big Black, Swans, Ministry (pre-Filth Pig), Radiohead, Sonic Youth, Black Flag, early Siouxsie and the Banshees, Interpol, Bauhaus, Pink Floyd, Rush, Nirvana, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, etc.

Asking someone if they like rock is like asking a person if they like fruit. They might despise all of it or love all of it, but regardless there are so many categories of music that fall under rock. I like rock, mostly all types of rock. Southern rock, soft rock, and hardcore can get on my nerves sometimes, but other than that I'm a pretty solid rock lover.

Rock is the shit. just plain out I love new alternative spanning all the way to classic rock of the 60's and 70's rock is the beck genre and most listened to and most accepted

Rock is absolutely brilliant. Led Zeppelin, Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, Bon Jovi, Aerosmith, Beatles, AC/DC, Guns n Roses, Judas Priest, Queen, Scorpions, The small faces and a big lot more.
But My chemical romance which was mentioned in the beginning of this thread... My chemical romance is disastrous rock. I would count them in under the category "A dreadful try of producing rock". However, there's of course a right to have your own opinion but My chemical romance is not and will non count as rock in my book.
