If pick one media for the rest of your life - TV Shows, Music, Movies, Magazines (Comics too), or Books, which would be your choice? You get as much content in that one area, but only that type - mine is definitely books - I could give up TV, Movies, Music, but not Books.

18 years, 7 months ago at Oct 10 2:25 - See, for myself, I could live without books. Now my choice would be between TV Shows and Movies. I enjoyed the high level of investment that is put inside a movie and is probably the media I enjoy the most. I think it combines to the music part very well. Music alone is not that awsome. The pro left for TV Shows is that you can have a story line that is much more developped or complex.

18 years, 7 months ago at Oct 10 5:42 - That is a hard decision! I love Movies so I guess I'll choose that as my favorite. I also couldn't do without books, tv, or music. There's just something great about going to the theater and watching a movie on the big screen. I love it!

18 years, 6 months ago at Oct 27 11:45 - Books all the way. A well written book can make you hear music, see movies in your mind, and can be just as well developed and complex as a good TV show. Of course, that might just be the English teacher in me.

Books CAN be that powerful. But if you dont have time to sit down for hours every night to engross yourself into a book, which I don't (a busy career and two little daughters made sure of that), you tend to go for 2nd choice; extracting as much story as you can from a 1.5 to 2hr movie on the weekend. ;)
