What semi-private is?

I have just one question. Under my lists of favorites, I read that they are semi-private. What that means?

It means that people can only see the list when they go to your profile page.

They can't add comments or vote for semi-private lists?

They can, its just that they won't show up on the homepage Newsfeed.

How do I make my lists "public"?

When creating a list, you can simply assign it to be public. Or when you want to edit your list, there will be an option on Privacy, don't remember exactly what it was called.

Note that you cannot change your Favourite lists to public or private. They are standard lists that most members have that really don't need to be showing up on the feeds because they would just overshadow the creative lists.
