Website for rating anything and user 'compatability'

I can't wait for Tom to make a misc. section. Is there a website that, like listal allows me to rate anything and then finds other users with similar ratings and then allows me to browse those user's items? There are three for movies. I found a promising site. But Ulike only ever shows 5 compatible people, an item's raters cant be seen, many items cant be found in any way but through Search, its buggy and unfinished, and there's no forum.
The first 2 complaints combine to make it practically pointless for my purposes.
A website that does all of this but only for websites/pages would still be very usefull. In the mean time i will be spending alot of time plowing the web wishing the website compatibility search already existed.
