Way to fix new feature that limits default picture for list?

Now all of my movie lists' profile pics MUST be a picture I post on my list and NOT say the official movie poster listed for that particular movie??? What is the point of taking away that option? Am I missing something here or is this just another case of those behind Listal mistaking changes for improvement?

This will be changed by the end of the month.
