Wanted/Watched Not Displayed in Other Users Wanted Lists

When I look at other user's wanted lists it lists that the user wants the item. I feel that this is obvious and that it should display the same as it does every where else. That is that it should display if I have watched, wanted, and/or rated each item. The same concept should also apply to the watched, read, played.
