16 years, 1 month ago at Mar 19 17:33 - Do people vote for reviews that they don't agree with? I voted for a review that gave an album I really like 6/10 (I'd probably give it 8 or 9/10) but I though the review was well written and gave reasons for not liking the album much so I voted for it anyway. There was a suggestion in this thread for thumbs up and thumbs down for reviews and some people felt that people would give thumbs down to reviews for if they didn't agree with the list makers opinion.

16 years, 1 month ago at Mar 19 17:43 - I can't remember if I've voted for some review that I don't agree with... if it's well written maybe I would, but not if it our points of view were TOTALLY different.
e.g. if I simply hate "imagine a movie here", I wouldn't vote for a review that gives it 10/10. but maybe I'd vote for one that gives 6/10 or something like it, if its arguments were good. But of course I wouldn't give it a "thumbs down" just because I desagree with an opinion. I mean, it's the writer's opinion, it can't be wrong or right, just different.
but there's always those crazy fans that would give a "thumbs down" for any review that tells that their favorite movie is horrible.
