verrrrrrrrrrry weird site access issue

I emailed Tom but I discovered a (sort-of) workaround, that I hope also suggests what's the cause of the problem.

When I try to access the listal site, on my campus network here in Korea (I live on campus) I'm getting a message that reads like this:

/%20target=Page requested or 404 error page could not be found

At least, that's what happens with my main profile, as well as with the main page. But I noticed that when I access an artist page, such as, say, this one:

www.listal.com/video/1295738

...there's no problem.

Finally, today, I tried something just so crazy I thought it might work... and it did. I put a double slash after the url to the main site, like this:

www.listal.com//

And it loaded. Any ideas what is causing this glitch? I'm on Firefox 2.0 in Ubuntu Linux 7.10, which, yes, is a little dated, but I'm not having this problem anywhere else! Any explanations?

Just checked in on another computer on campus -- Windows XP Internet Explorer (with tabbed browsing, is that 7.0?) -- and it's the same problem. Will ask someone to try off campus later on...

If the error is "/%20target=Page requested or 404 error page could not be found"

Then it is literally trying to access this url :

Maybe some problem with the campus's cache server but I will try and fix it so it doesn't display such a bad error.
