V For Vendetta

I saw this flick this week. It was super bad ass and way better than I had expected. I kind of wanted to see it for a long time then when we left to go I had second thoughts about it (I guess most "fight the gov't" movies end up being lame). BUT, I went in anyway and I was happy I did.

The guy V was awesome and his speech was amazing. It was full of the same mumbojumbo that most existential Japanese movies have, but it made sense and had a good, strong, well-presented message that impressed the shit out of me. Idealistic, but real cool to watch.

I GIVE IT MY SOLID RECOMMENDATION

Two reasons i'm hesitant:

1) I hear it's considerably different than the comic
2) It's by those Matrix guys :(
