Uploading Images

Okay, I'm really sorry to bring this topic back to life, but around these days, TONS of repeated images have been uploaded. I leave a comment if the quality of the second uploaded image is equal or smaller, with the link of the first one, and most of the time, the person doesn't delete it. I also reported some images and the images just are still there, even if there is 4 or 5 versions of the same picture uploaded.
So, what's the policy? It is okay to have dozens of equal images? I don't need to worry anymore with checking the albuns to upload a new picture?

No it is not ok to upload duplicates. I will soon add a way of reporting duplicate images where you enter the url of the old image so I can quickly delete them.

Oh, great! Thanks, Tom! (:
and another question: is see-through nudity considered nudity as well? Cuz there's also lots of it.

Have uploaded higher resolution images/duplicates myself and always contact the person who uploaded the original, but a lot of the original owners are now Deleted - I thought Deleted was a username for a while! A way of reporting and removing duplicates from closed accounts would be great.

Besides if see-trough nudity is considered nudity, my other doubt is about watermarks in pictures, most of them right in the face of the person. Especially for people who already have tons of other images, without watermarks. Is this okay?

Isis, there's already been a discussion on this same topic about watermarked images, and it was decided that we should report those if there are already a lot of normal pictures for that artist.

Yeah, I've read it. But a lot from this topic is just ignored so I needed to make sure. Especially because I don't know what I'd report it for. Spam?

I just write "watermark" on the report page. But we'll probably have to wait for Tom to come up with a solution for the issues we've discussed here, there are a lot of watermarked images i've reported a few months ago and haven't been deleted yet.
