Uploaded images not visable

Hi! I tried to upload images to the Kara Del Toro profile which resulted in a blank space where the pic was supposed to be. The preview pic is a square with an X in it. The process of uploading was displayed but the pic itself is not. This issue occurd before but was fixed eventually. When will this be the case this time?

Hi, I have uploaded some pictures of Carolina Salvatore but when I search for her in Listal searcher it's not found. I know many people of Perú and Argentina would be very happy with this pictures. Can you help me? Thanks!!
