Update Feeds Not Working Properly

I've noticed that both the update feed for myself and people I follow are now only showing images uploaded. They don't show comments, votes, published lists etc.

Nevermind, the problem has now been fixed.

I think it is happening again, on my profile I can see what I have done, but not what I have voted for etc.
