Unusual pop-up on a list page

inviting to play Candy Crush.
On the right-hand side of the same page there was a Candy Crush ad.

Browser was Chrome on Android.

I don't ever have pop ups on here. But then again I'm one of the rare people who still uses Explorer so maybe that's the reason.
