Unremovable (bug) double entries

I just rated Tv-Show Dexter and it somehow did not get to watched but created some kind of ghost entry that appears even in my movie main page. After marking it watched, the normal entry appeared. All in all this bug creates a double entry to every list that I have this show and also seems to mess up the numbers in Movies/TV collections in comparison to what number is actually marked watched.

And this also happened to me two weeks ago with TV show It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

Can you post a link to an example of a list where it shows a double entry?

For example:
Episodemeter: www.listal.com/list/my-episodemeter (Dexter shows double at #6)

Other pages:
TV collection page: wendel7.listal.com/tv/owned/1 (shows both these)
Movie main page: wendel7.listal.com/movies (Dexter picture is shown even though "show more" does not show Dexter there anymore)

I've fixed this and prevented further duplicates due to this bug, please post if there are any further problems.
