Unable to vote for various things.. hmm?

I seem to be having some sort of issue. I've been trying to vote for lists and images the past half hour, but it keeps saying that I have not voted. I figured that maybe the page needed to be reloaded or refreshed but this doesn't seem to be the case. I'm able to comment and tag etc...just for some reason I can't vote.
