Two more 'annomilies' with the new Actors/Actresses thumbs

I'm adding a bunch of pictures for actors/actresses, and I came across two more annomilies.

This picture didn't get scaled to a square thumb, and in the list of actors, this is what it results in:

Second issues is this actor:

The picture upload fine, just like all the others I did, but in list page of actors, it doesnt display it. It still shows the grey silhoutte icon that actors with no images have. I flushed my browser's cache and hit reload several times, and still no thumb.

Might be just random glitches, but I thought I should mention them regardless.

It's because it doesn't bother to resize the picture because the width is already 100 pixels, I will fix that. The second one I am not sure, I will have a look.
