Enough with the Twilight people!! I would rather rip a hole in my skin, fill it with sand and sew it back up with ship rope, than watch this film. Stop starting threads about it!

I've seen the film, it really honestly sucked, better then I thought, but sucked, most of my score is out of pity for the book lol, the guy who plays Edward, well, something about him seems fake, wrong, idk, odd?

But seriously, this is almost as bas as the Naruto obsession, and it's infesting faster then the Naruto obsession... I am actually honestly kind of afraid right now...

This year provided my hairy pimp-ass a choice 'twixt two vampire love stories.
When the time came in which I had to decide which one of these flicks were going to go into my movie-viewing repertoire,
I decided that I was going To Let The Right One In.

A decision which I don't think that I will live to ever regret.

It's a discussion forum, so why people that doesn't like it can't say their opinions? Other topics about Twilight had already been locked here because all that the fans could do was to say "oh, edward is hot! and this is the best book ever!"

gosh, if you're starting a tread about something, at least be ready to listen the truth about the thing. In this case, be ready to hear about how much it sucks, with the predictable history and the copious research that Meyer did for building those crappy vampires.

But I assume you've never read any Vampire Classics, or even the clichés Vampire Chronicles or Vampire: The Mask to know that she copied most of her stuff ;P

to what the deleted person two posts below me said, honestly, I agree, he wasn't a good choice for it, Whoever played Jacob Black was a good pick, a little bit stereotypical, but good, but Edward not so much (Trying my best to at least give a few things good about the movie) Bella's character seemed wierd too, idk if she was too plain, or not enough... I think I was expecting more from the character, the other characters were fine though

I didn't really like the idea of vampires shining/glittering/whatever they were trying to pull off... that was just... idk, unusual

really, it's hard to be 'nice' to this film, because it's overhyped and overtalked about and obssessively chased, and that's a serious turn down for movies...
I think there's a term for it, where a group of the more obsessed fans make it so the fan base stops growing because they turn people away from the movie... anybody have any ideas of what it is?
