15 years, 2 months ago at May 17 3:04 - I'm just curious, all those ppl from listal who had checked hundreds, maybe thousands of tv shows as watched, they actually seen every single episode of those shows? (cuz i doubt! It's quite impossible to see so many, maybe if u got 50-60 years or more) or they included also those from wich they saw just 1,2 or maybe a couple of episodes randomly on tv, cuz in my case with all 100 tv shows I'm on day or I've seen every episode. So, I mean that it's not fair to check as watched and rate a tv show based just on some episodes.

15 years, 2 months ago at May 17 3:20 - ^I know for me, I have to watch at least 5 episodes to judge a show..although there are a few cases like Desperate housewives, Sex and the City and Glee, where you can judge/rate after just 2 or 3 episodes.

15 years, 2 months ago at May 17 18:54 - Who cares? I've seen all of, or enough of, the shows on my profile to be happy enough with my ratings and I havnt touched them in over a year so its probably a lot higher now.

Some members have made lists of the TV shows they have watched every episode of. That should be the indication of completion, not to ban rating or 'watched'.
Alternatively, Tom could have a 'Watched All' option which is one up from 'Watched'.

15 years, 2 months ago at May 18 10:24 - Some tv shows got better just after some episodes or in season 2, not all of them got amazing pilot episodes, but on the other side I got u're point, it's quite ridiculous to watch all episodes even if u don't like the show, just to rate, lol. For example, first time when I watched Dexter, the first 3 or 4 episodes, I didn't liked at all, but after a year I rewatched it and for my surpise I actually enjoyed it very much, definitely got a place in my favorite tv shows. Oh, and that "Watched All" option would be great, or if u could rate every season...

So yeah ppl lie on the net.
Many collection managers include a # watched and currently watching - dropped - on hold - completed to also help keep track. Some add all the hours up and even notify if users are implying they don't sleep.
