Turning off notifications for specific lists' votes?

I've recently decided that I can't thank other users for every vote they collectively give me. So I've decided I'll simply continue thank them for votes on a handful of my lists - ones I put a particular amount of effort into and ones I'm particularly proud of.

Could we possibly be able to turn off list vote notifications for specific lists? This way I wouldn't need to check every notification to see who voted on what. It'd also be cool if on your updates feed, it said "So-and-so voted for *listname*, amount of time ago", instead of just "your list".

I'd still like to be notified if my other lists reach landmarks, so could we get an option to be notified should any of our lists get promoted to the front page? That'd be fantastic!

It's rough being popular around here, isn't it? ;) You could always do like some have & put on your profile a general thank you for the votes message. Not that people seem to read profiles much, but still.

Not that I don't appreciate votes and the like on all of my lists! I really do! They - aw, heck, let's just drop the pretense. I'd take another mod stalker like I had a while back any day of the week to friendly, generous Listal voters. =P

Suggestions supported! Glad you left it to filtering the votes, by the way. I feel like comments on lists & whatnot are worth being made aware of (unless it's those cursed spammers).

Funny. I was just going to ask if specific votes could be added to the email notifications. I get a lot of "X has voted for you" or "X has voted for your list" but I'm not sure who voted for what or where. And the "notifications" list on my profile page rarely pops up.
