Trying to remember a 90s era show...

It was about teenagers who could warp from place to place. I thought for sure it was on Nickelodeon but I might be wrong about that. Whatever channel it was on, I think it was early 90s. Does anyone have any idea?

It was live action. The only other thing I can remember is that when these kids would warp it sort of looked like how a CRT TV turns off when it's unplugged. Also, it made a weird sound. Wish I could say more.

They were older teens, like 16+. Boys and girls. I don't remember the races, but probably a mix with mostly white characters. And I think they only warped from place to place on earth. Like if one of them was going to get hit by a car, they would teleport out of the way in a flash. I want to say that's how one of the kids learned they had the power.

I don't think it had anything to do with time travel or outer space.

I have it on DVD from a price mistake, I got it for 5 bucks from amazon. I have been meaning to watch it but never really got around to it. Never saw it as a kid. I think there is another show similar to your description from the stateside though but I can't recall its name.
