Trouble uploading pics?

Hello, I wasn't quite sure where to post this. I figured since this was the "off topic" section I might be able to post a particular dilemma I'm experiencing with the site. Because I don't know where to go to with this and I'm not 'techno-savvy' enough to figure out if it's something from MY end or the Site's?

I'm currently trying to update my movies list by posting some new pics to it, but in my images section I can't seem to get anything accomplished. I've been trying and trying to upload new pics from my computer to the website but nothing seems to come up, there's no pic there. Just and empty space there 'telling' me how long ago I uploaded the pic, with there really being anything on display, just an empty space. I have no idea what's going on and I'm on my last nerve! Could somebody please help me out and tell me what's wrong and/or how I can fix it? Thank you.

Indeed, there is an issue with the new pictures. It has already happened before and hopefully it will be solved soon.
