Trouble Adding Pictures?

Is this happening to anyone else? Trying to add pics from my files and the page gets hung up without completing this upload. This generates a dead broken thumbnail.
Trying again, adding from the URL and I'm getting an error code saying it can't retrieve the URL. This is also generating a dead thumbnail.

I'm using Chrome, it just updated on Friday.

Yes, I am having the same problem. I'm using Microsoft Edge. Looks like the problem is with listal.

Yes, links to Instagram and Imgur are not being retrieved.

Has anyone tried to see if the page outage corrected this?
