Tons of errors today

I get the following: 'rror: The XML received from the server is invalid.'

when i do the following:
-try to add notes to a list item
-try to re-order list item
-try to delete item from my Wanted or Owned section
-Try to add any item to my Wanted or Owned section

i some major server upgrade underway today?

I'm getting the same error too for all the above as well as when I try to add tags to an item.

I'm getting it when I try to vote on reviews.
