What is the title of this movie?

Can anybody help me? I need to find the title of a movie. I think it was filmed in Europe, it's a live action movie and all I can remember about the story is that it was a woman who was always dressed in green and I think she could transform into a cat. And I don't know if that wouuld help but it's a pretty recent movies, in the 2000s. I know it's not much but it's all I can remember.
